Jaime Costanzo

Jaime Costanzo is President of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association—Myrtle Beach, which she established in July 2023. Jaime created this company from the ground up and has made tremendous strides to impact women’s golf in Myrtle Beach. In one year, Jaime and her team established a thriving golf experience for area women with over 200 members. Today, we have completed one full calendar year and are well underway breaking records with over 300 members.

We are not a golf league; we are a golf experience, providing programs for all skill levels from the beginner to the tournament player.

In the past, Jaime served on the Board of Directors of the South Jersey Golf Association (SJGA). She worked as their social media marketing specialist and assisted in raising funds for the organization. She received the 2017 Player of the Year Award in their net division. In 2019, the SJGA merged with the NJSGA and no longer acts independently but rather as a statewide association.

Jaime worked full-time for Monroe Township Middle School in New Jersey for ten years and took early retirement. She became a Certified Mental Game Coaching Professional (MGCP). She studied under sports psychologist Dr. Patrick Cohn in Orlando, Florida, and the iPEC coaching program in Shrewsbury, NJ. She worked with athletes of all ages on the mental aspect of sports to help bring their performance to the highest level of play they could personally achieve.

Her golfing career is self-taught using many books, and she has played for over 28 years. In 2000, she joined the Golf Club of NJ, where she traveled the state playing in a predominantly men’s league, forcing her to play competitively and bring her game to a higher level. She has won many tournaments, including being voted for the highest honor of the 2014 Sportsmanship of the Year Award. She also competes every August in the Myrtle Beach World Amateur and has done so since 2003. In 2019, she was presented with the opportunity to work with Golf Channel’s contributor, Michael Breed, in a six-pack lesson program, and in 2020, she won first place in her flight of 52 women to compete in the final championship round at The Dye Course – Barefoot Golf Community.

Jaime’s home course was Pine Barrens Golf Club in Jackson, NJ, where she won the Women’s Club Championship in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. She has previously dedicated time assisting The First Tee program in Central New Jersey and loves working with kids in golf.

After living 53 years in NJ, she and her husband, Barry, now reside in Myrtle Beach, SC. There, she continues to play golf in amateur tournaments up and down the Grand Strand and travels to many of America’s most prestigious courses.

Jaime is a proud advocate for the game and hopes she adds value whenever necessary.
